Embodied Empathy & Sustainable Impact Intensives

For: Retreat centers, trainings, NGOs, progressive companies Outcome: Felt-sense empathy, inclusive policy, embodied resilience, sustainable impact

Why Embodied Empathy Matters: Workplaces try to think their way through growth and inclusion. We start with sensation–because empathy lives in the body. True understanding comes not from knowing about others’ experiences, but from feeling them.

Sustainable Impact Through Nervous System Care: I work extensively with breath, resourcing, and nervous system regulation to help teams recover from burnout and build sustainable practices that prevent burnout before it happens and recover when it does. This somatic resilience work is essential for maintaining capacity over the long term, especially for purpose driven organizations who feel a continuous sense of urgency.

An embodied approach to Diversity & Inclusion: I create safe, guided experiences where team members explore the embodied realities of different identities through somatic practices. Participants develop genuine empathy by experiencing perspectives beyond their own, particularly those of bodies systemically othered–including racialized experiences, gender diversity, queer embodiment, disability perspectives, and other othered identities.

My responsive frameworks use embodied practices to help organizations explore how colonial, capitalist, and extractive patterns show up in workplace dynamics, while building sustainable alternatives. This approach adapts to each organization’s specific needs, readiness, and cultural context.
