Healing Together, Transforming Systems

As a queer, gender-diverse Latin American practitioner of the global majority, my work is rooted in the understanding that true healing requires addressing both individual and systemic trauma. I create spaces where wellbeing is understood as inherently political—a right for all bodies, especially those historically marginalized by dominant culture.

My collective facilitation work emerges from my lived experience of intergenerational oppression and my commitment to creating containers where we can explore how colonial violence, capitalist extraction, and white supremacy show up in our bodies and communities—while reclaiming our sovereignty, rituals, and power as foundations for collective change.

About Our Collective Work

My group facilitation is designed for folks who have done foundational personal work and are now ready to explore systemic patterns while developing practical tools for collective transformation. We’ll develop embodied awareness that builds capacity for sustained engagement in liberation work.

Our Approach

  • Somatic practices that release collective trauma while building nervous system resilience
  • Rituals that honor diverse cultural lineages while decolonizing our approaches
  • Embodied inquiry into systemic patterns of oppression and resistance
  • Practical pathways for sustainable service and purpose, grounded in somatic awareness

A Note to White Bodies

Particularly for those raised in imperial powers and socialized within whiteness, this work requires a firm understanding of whiteness, the harm of white supremacy, and power dynamics. When working in mixed-race spaces, white participants must come with humility, willingness to examine privilege, and commitment to not center whiteness. This is not a space for guilt—but for accountability, learning, and co-creating liberation alongside the global majority.

Why Collective Work Matters

In a world that increasingly isolates and traumatizes us, coming together in somatic community offers profound healing. When we gather somatically, we:

  • Amplify healing through collective resonance
  • Normalize experiences of systemic trauma
  • Build mutual support networks and trust
  • Create shared language for embodied liberation
  • Develop collective capacity for social change
  • Honor diverse lineages while building new community

Collective embodiment work is not just about individual healing—it’s about building the embodied capacity for collective liberation and systemic transformation.
